YellThe most incompetent organisation I have ever encountered
I would strongly advise aginst using Phipps & Pritchard for any dealings. They not only lie for years when they know of an issue, they also continue to drag their feet when they know the investiagtion has proven them liable. Be very careful if you do decide to use this organisation as quite fankly they are a bunch of cowboys. It's a joke that you have to rate them with a star as this is far too generous.

YellThey sell properties!
As soon as Phipps and Pritchard came on board, my property started finally to 'get going'. They kept me informed all the way, cajoled and contacted the purchaser's solicitor to maintain the flow towards completion (despite their being absolutely useless!!!) and maintained an efficient and thorough, professional approach. They are JUST BRILLIANT! I cannot recommend them more highly. The whole team worked with me until we sold.

YellA useless company
Phipps and Pritchard do not send out bills for years. Then they get their act together and send bills totaling £1570.I lost my job 2 years ago and I cannot afford to pay this amount as I only get state pension.I am now being bullied by them and threatened with legal action despite the fact that the situation is entirely their fault.They point out my obligations under the terms of the lease whilst they ignore their obligations. The fascias are rotting, the guttering is blocked and overflows, the cement is falling out of the brickwork.Yet they choose to do nothing except complain about car parking on the site
