GoogleWe viewed a property through them and had an agreement in principle accepted, which they confirmed in an email while we awaited the sale of our own property. We understand that this was an agreement in principle, and if another offer came in that could proceed, the property could be sold. We forwarded the email to our estate agent so they could inform potential buyers that we had this agreement. Then one morning, while checking the property market, we noticed that this property had been sold subject to contract. We were disappointed that they hadn’t informed us of this, and we found out this way. We contacted the office, and they said someone would get back to us, but no one did. There seems to be a pattern there. They appear very friendly, but as soon as you’re not of used to them, their tone changes. 2 Cardinal Drive

It appears that you are trying to just keep on asking for information to try and get this honest and genuine review removed. Our Ref. GoogleSuperb local Estate Agent who If you live in Wyre Forest and want to sell or buy a new home, you will find hard to beat. We recently completed on our new home after over a year on the market. We decided to go to Phipps and Pritchard after nine months of wasted time with a well know national and a local Agent. Phipps and Pritchard will 1. Provide an accurate valuation 2. Provide excellent photos and descriptions 3. Not waste your time with unrealistic viewings 4. Most important to us was the support given during the conveyancing phase. Very professional and highly recommended.

GoogleWas looking for a place and was amazingly helped at every step by the amazing team at Phipps and Pritchard. Pasco was interactive and paid attention to every enquiry I had during the viewing. Carmela was quick and available anytime to clear out any doubts I had and to guide me at every step of the way with documentation which can be quite a hassle. Gemma was the person who organized all my details meticulously and made the moving in process so much easier than I imagined. The whole booklet containing all the documents along with a whole inventory of the house explaining each and every thing is extremely helpful. GoogleI purchased a property through Phipps & Pritchard, completing in November 2024. The entire team, and Hayley in particular, were exceptionally attentive and professional. They ensured all my enquiries were promptly relayed to the seller, which made the process much smoother. Buying property can be incredibly stressful, but having Hayley and her team on hand was hugely reassuring. I've had some very negative experiences with estate agents in the past, but working with Hayley & team was an absolute breath of fresh air.
