Persistence pays off!Our house in Wellesbourne had been on the market for over 9 months. Like many larger houses it was slow to move for a variety of reasons including the number of local new builds. After 6 months in desperation we went with a rival estate agent, but still retained Peter Clarke. However persistence pays off and due to the efforts of Viv,Harry and Mark we finally secured a sale in September. Although our sale of the house took longer than expected due to the length of the chain we are finally moving in January.Thanks to all the team at Peter Clarke for sticking at the job and eventually securing us a buyer

We have just exchanged contracts on our house sale using Peter Clarke's office in Wellesbourne. The process has been taken nearly 12 months as the market for larger houses has been challenging, and necessitated a few price reductions. However Viv,Harry and Mark have stuck at the task really well and deserve our thanks for their persistence. We have been kept up to date throughout, particularly by Viv during the messy final stages

A very professional service from the beginning to the end. Renee, Matthew and Giles communicated well with us as the seller throughout a slightly fraught period until the exchange of contracts. Peter Clarke very successfully conducted 15 or so viewings without once setting off our burglar alarm, itself quite a remarkable feat! Many thanks for all your help and advice.

Carolyn and Amy at Peter Clarke were extremely helpful. They did everything to ensure that the property met the tenant's requirements and was up to scratch. Our lovely, new tenant informed me that Carolyn and Amy had made her move very simple. The truth is that neither of them could have done more for us all.

I can’t thank the team at Peter Clarke & Co Estate Agents, Stratford Upon Avon enough for all the help support they gave me when I was purchasing my property with them.It was a particularly stressful time as I was purchasing my house from an older vendor. They not only helped & guided her through the process but were also professional, friendly and offered practical help to me. They had a dedicated expert liaising with solicitors and the legal side of things which ensured that everything kept to schedule and everyone communicated with each other.Melanie was a real star in keeping everything on track and everyone calm!This was especially helpful for me after I was under extreme pressure to keep to a deadline from my buyers!Melanie, Peter, Kerry and the team all had their own key strengths but worked really well as a team and I don’t think I could have completed my sale and kept my sanity without all their help!
