GoogleAfter seeing our ‘dream home’ go up for sale, we called to make a viewing, during the call we felt welcomed and accommodated. A viewing was arranged, and we met Jane who conducted the viewing, we didn’t feel rushed and were able to ask questions to which there were always the answers. We arranged a second viewing where we met Renee, she was honest, friendly and also very knowledgeable on the property. The offer process was fair and not hurried, giving time to make an informed and genuine offer. The communication from Renee was brilliant, and although she was representing the vendor, we felt important and as though she was committed in helping us get our ‘dream home’. Any questions were answered immediately and if an answer was needed from the vendor, Renee ensured we got them promptly. We felt truly valued as people and by no means just another commission payment. The professionalism of the whole team was excellent, a special thanks to Renee who was outstanding throughout. If we ever move again, we will have no hesitation in calling Renee to represent us.

GoogleMatthew and the team at Peter Clarke eventually sold our flat in the very tricky period when sales were regularly falling through. His cool, calm, very professional manner got us there in the end. We liked his approach and style to selling as did two other neighbours who also switched to him when their agents were just not getting it right. Excellent communications too!

GoogleWe have bought a house through Peter Clarke and have been very happy with the service. From the viewing stage right through to completion, they have kept us informed. Our total time was around 5months from viewing to completion so to keep us in the loop with the seller's developments and any issues faced is super appreciated. We dealt with Renee (Sales Progression) and Giles (Viewing) mostly. The office staff that I spoke to when either weren't available were always polite and endeavoured to pass my messages on. I really felt that Renee was on our side the whole way through ensuring that any queries we had as buyers, were answered or passed onto their vendor. When either of them told us that they were going to do something, we never doubted it. They delivered on their promises and got us an answer. I would highly recommend buying a house through Peter Clarke should you value communication, time and kindness. Keep up the good work guys!

Matthew and the whole team at Peter Clarke were by far the most efficient, professional, supportive and friendly estate agents that we’ve ever been involved with. Our purchase proved to have more problems associated with it than we had expected but Matthew worked with us and our solicitor to expedite our purchase which was ultimately successful. My journey to move home actually began back in 2020. I made a purchase from Peter Clarke and Co for a lovely apartment. The whole process was quick and painless and I reached completion within 8 weeks. During this period, I was constantly kept informed on progress and any potential issues were quickly flagged and dealt with. My initial impression was that this estate agent really care as opposed to just trying to make a sale. It was evident the amount of time and effort they put in at every stage and they really did their best for me to make the process as easy as possible. Move forward 2 years and I was on the move again, be it at one of the most challenging times of all with the pandemic and associated budget crisis. Due to the good experience I had previously had, I decided to ask them to sell my place to move back down South. It was not easy and really took some effort, but the team really looked after me. The level of customer service received was always polite and professional. Despite the many challenges of the current times, they managed to sell my place and help with the many challenges and blockers along the way. I would personally like to thank Renee, Matthew, Jane and the rest of the team. I will always remember and be grateful for the excellent service I received.

My first impression of Renée was spot on, from the day she called to value my property right through to completion. I trusted her implicitly as she talked me through the initial process and we spoke regularly from that point on. The feedback cards after each viewing were really helpful and I honestly felt she was as delighted as I was when we received the offer I accepted. My property was listed on 19th October, open house booked for 29th October with sale agreed 2nd October 2022. Completion was 16th January 2023. 8 offers from 9 viewings!
