GoogleAmanda and Josh were incredibly helpful in quickening the moving in process to our new flat. They were professional, always available (which is much appreciated in these situations) and very effective in making all the paperwork less overwhelming. 100% would recommend.

Nothing was too much trouble for Vince Spoto and it was a pleasure to deal with such a highly professional and knowledgeable agent. A rather optimistic timescale for completion was requested and he really pulled out all the stops to help it become achievable. Recommended without any reservation

GoogleVery god experience so far with Pedder Dulwich Village, I’ve just started a tenancy and everything went really smoothly. Fees are ok (there’s cheaper and also more expensive) but the service overall is really good. Sofia has been both very efficient and very kind and nice, which is something I really appreciate as I’ve had some bad experiences with rude and dismissive estate agents. Very recommendable.

GoogleThe team at Pedder were brilliant. Sofia was professional and friendly and couldn't do enough for us to get everything sorted. I felt very confident leaving things in her capable hands, and she bent over backwards to make sure everything was properly organised and correct protocol were followed. I would recommend Pedder to anyone.

GoogleI found that the whole process of letting my flat through Pedder from my first call to my tenants moving in, exceptionally professional. Good advise was given every step of the way from a knowledgable and friendly team as well as finding tenants who are exactly what I had hope for. I would most definitely instruct Pedder again and thoroughly recommend them.
