Great experience with Pedder in Peckham. First time landlord - but from start to finish they were clear, transparent and super helpful taking me through the process. Also found a tenant quickly and at the rent-level I was hoping for. The whole process was great and I highly recommend them.

GooglePedder Dulwich Village were the acting agents for the vendor of our recent flat purchase, and Sales Consultant Catherine Douglas was excellent from our second viewing with her to completion. She took the time to answer all of our queries and regularly followed up with the solicitors on both sides to keep the process moving as it should. We completed exactly three months to the day after our offer was accepted, and most of the credit for this goes to Catherine! When we come to sell our new property we would definitely choose Pedder to market it for us.

GoogleOur sale through Pedder was particularly complicated and long-drawn-out. Despite this Vince Spoto was a model of professionalism at every stage and a real pleasure to deal with. His positive can-do attitude and prompt and courteous email communication were a major support and nothing that needed doing was too much trouble. We live at a distance from the property we were selling but Vince was readily available to allow access to surveyors and others whenever necessary, often at very short notice. If we could give 6 stars, we would!

GoogleI've started the process of relocating to London from Manchester over the last few months and reached out to Pedder for help finding a new property to purchase. As our main contact, Mollie has been absolutely fantastic. Proactive, diligent, and reliable, she has been a genuine pleasure to work with and an asset to the Pedder team. Mollie is clearly a thoughtful listener and made a real effort to understand our requirements and match us with properties that suit our needs. None of the overbearing sales talk - just genuine human connection and relationship building. Ultimately we ended up falling in love with a property listed with another agent but I wanted to leave a review for Mollie anyway as I was so impressed with the service she provided. 5 stars obviously - would highly recommend.

I sold my flat through Pedder's Sydenham branch earlier this year. The first set of buyers dropped out after three months through no fault of Pedders but within 2 weeks they had found me committed new buyers who offered more and the sale went through very quickly. They were incredibly supportive and responsive - answering phone calls and emails immediately and providing clear and transparent information at all times. My thanks especially to Cansu and Natasha.

GoogleI was pretty traumatised by the house-buying process when I first saw the flat I now own, with 3 properties falling through in 9 months. The Pedder team in East Dulwich were excellent - let me visit the property multiple times, responded to emails quickly and were open and honest in their communication throughout, which is what I needed.
