GoogleI got recommended to Partridge Homes by a customer of mine when I had found out she sold her house through them and had a good experience. As soon as Callum came out and valued my house I knew I wanted to use them, he never gave me the hard sell and came across very honest and truthful,. Once we put our house on the market it probably took around 5 weeks to agree a sale. The sale dragged on a bit, which which was done to the buyer getting a mortgage but throughout that time Callum, James and Charlotte kept me well informed and always very friendly on the phone. I think they offered a great service (better than I had before selling 2 other properties) and I would definitely recommend, thanks guys Martin Jones

If your looking for an online Estate Agents in Solihull make sure you give Partridge Homes a call. I was close to signing up with an out and out online agent, however a family member advised me that Partridges offered an online only option package, which I must add is a great idea to give homeowners the choice. I am pretty sure that a few other local agents may start to follow you in due course. Lovely people, great advertising and saved me having to go to a Corporate outfit! I cannot praise the Sales Team at Partridge Homes enough! I recently purchased a property from them and was Sold on the property before viewing (you are ahead of your times with the videos you do). Once I went to the property to view it in the flesh I knew straight away that it was the home for my family. The Gentleman that I met at the property (Alf/Alfred) was great and answered all questions we had at the viewing and took pride in what he was telling us.James & Becky were very polite and knowledgeable at all times throughout the negotiation process and the after sales (Sales Progression I think you say in your lingo) provided by Kevin & Charlotte and was exceptional. I have recommended you to everyone I know that is buying or selling a property (subject to a bottle of wine for each one that uses you haha). Highly recommend as I think you can tell! I would firstly like to thank your lettings team for taking the time and understanding my situation. I had called a few other Agents and you were the first company that took the time to discuss my needs and also find out more about me. As you know I have a disability and cannot be in work (not because I do not want to be in work), all other companies at this point were very rude and said they have no properties for me. What they failed to understand was the fact I have a substantial bank balance following my accident and also the fact that I was able to provide a Guarantor, again as you know somebody who is very well known in the area!I have taken the time to write this thank you as you obviously do not discriminate and took the time to find out the full situation about myself. I am so pleased you have found me a property to rent and for the next 12 months before I move into my 'forever home' once the development has been completed! Once again a sincere 'thank you'. CP

Bad customer service. Can't arrange a viewing for a property even after calling and emailing many times over the past few weeks. Maybe this company only care about the sellers and not people looking to buy. I wouldn't use this agency again and wouldn't be happy if I found this out when selling with them that they ignore buyers.

I was looking for an Estate Agents and was advised to give you a call by a friend. I had three Agents out to provide me with a Valuation. I felt comfortable the second you came into the property and you were not hard sell and seemed to actually listen to me. This was totally the opposite experience to the other two Agents who were more interested in talking about themselves and how great they were. If anyone is looking to sell a property I cannot speak highly enough of the service, care and sales skills at Partridge Homes. Although you guys are a Family Run Business it is great to see you don't just rely on this and seem to be cutting edge on the technology side (we loved the video tour you did for us, a real keepsake for many years to come).Thanks Again. I was asked by Paul at Partridge Homes if I would mind providing a review of the service I received from them.....no problem what so ever.As a Landlord I have two requirements 1) A Professional Working tenant & 2) the maximum rental yield possible.You ticked both of these boxes within a very short timescale. I also achieved £25 extra per month than I expected due to the guidance you provided and then tenants seem great. I have spoken to the tenants and they have also mentioned how impressed they were with you. They also commented that you are very 'picky' with tenants which was music to my ears!Great service, great people and would highly recommend to any other Landlords.Mr Coulson- Shirley

I am a B2L Investor and have recently used Partridge Homes to buy a new investment property. Over the years I have purchased and rented properties with many different Agents and this was the first experience with Partridges. I want to say thank you the service when buying the property as I was kept updated on a regular basis. The biggest compliment I have is for the Letting service you went on to provide for me, great tenants were found (I think you guys were more picky than I was with tenants) which is refreshing as you genuinely had the mindset that you treated the property as though you would with your own. I have already recommended two new Landlords to you from my Landlord Network Group who have both been very impressed.

I am usually a strong believer in 'You pay for what you get for'! When I seen the offer of £1250 + VAT to sell my house this thought crossed my mind....how wrong could I have been!I received a Free Video Tour, Floor Plan, the major website advertising and weekly, yes weekly advertising in the Solihull Paper. Feedback and service could not have been faulted. I would not hesitate in making Partridges your first point of call before using the other agents that charge at least twice the amount and I am pretty sure you will not get the add ons noted above. I have several properties throughout Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell. My first dealing was with Paul Partridge approx 12 months ago when he let a property for me that I had purchased from them. The rental yield achieved by these guys was higher than I had thought, they really went the extra mile and the tenant they found was super. I have been that happy I have been moving my Portfolio over to Partridges over the past few months. If you are a Landlord or simply looking to buy or sell, these guys are the real deal. Outstanding Service!! I have recently purchased a 3 bedroom property through Partridge Homes and can say they are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Being a first time buyer I have looked at many properties and have dealt with many estate agents in doing so. The service I received from others left a lot to be desired, no return calls, felt pressurised and staff seemed un interested. I was recommended to use Partridge homes from a colleague. The house was valued by a very pleasant lady who agreed to beat the other two quotes I had received. I know the property market is booming but my house sold in 3 weeks, this was much quicker than I had expected. The staff in the office were always happy to help and Yvonne who carries out the viewings was very knowledgable and got to know my property.The only issue I had was a small fault on their website, this was fixed within 24 hours of me raising the point.
