GoogleHaving viewed a property on the Saturday, we were told by Umit that we would receive the paperwork to move to the next step. After waiting long past we were told we'd receive an update, I contacted Umit and his colleagues several times via email and calls to ask for news. I can understand that properties rent out quickly, but it's only polite to drop a quick email to inform us (Update: The property is still available). Especially as we were there for viewings on the first available day.
