GoogleI was very impressed with the efficiency of Oulsnam's - at a time sadly when so many other organisations have forgotten the basics of customer service. Always responsive, professional and pleasant to deal with. The photography and video service was also of a high quality. I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to others.

My experience did not start of well in that I think the original estate agent overvalued the property and made assurances that did not come to around, which led to a massive reduction in the sale the price. I appreciate the market changed in the last 6 months, however the change did not account for the movement in selling price and the amount the estate agent confirmed it they could sell for. However later in the process, I found Lauren to be fantastic. She kept me updated throughout the process and went the extra mile to achieve get the sale. She was also diligent in ensure the lead time from agreed sale to completion was kept to a minimum (2 months!!!)

I’ve been renting for over 10 years, and I can hands down say that the service I received from Kathryn Grodoski Barnt Green office I believe) has been the best service I have ever received from a letting agent. Ever. I explained my situation to her and some of the many frustrations and barriers I was experiencing from other estate agents and she literally fit me in at a good time around work so that I could view a property. It’s a volatile world In renting right now, prices, demand for accommodation, and applications going nowhere with little communication. She’s quite possibly one of the very very few agents that have actually made me feel treated like a human being in what is usually a massively stressful situation for alot of People. Thanks Kathryn.

I was kept fully informed about every viewing and the outcome, Once a sale had been agreed, I received regular updates on progress and it was clear that staff took the initiative when dealing with either my own or the buyers solicitors. In particular I would like to mention Rachel who was always honest in terms of managing expectations during covid, through the process of selling my father's flat. thank you.

GoogleThe Bournville team are incredible. Their friendly and personal service took away all the stress of selling a house, keeping me updated every week and nothing is too much trouble for them. Rachel and Becky in particular are who I dealt with and they are an absolute credit. Rachel certainly knows her stuff when it comes to valuations and how best to market your property. Thanks so much. GoogleThe service from Robert Oulsnam in Bournville was little short of excellent. Our main contact at this branch was Becky Price, from showing us round the property right through to the completion day. Becky was always right up to date with how things were progressing, extremely courteous and above all displayed enormous amounts of patience, as it wasn’t an easy ride! If she was on holiday, her colleagues were always well aware of progress on the purchase and were also polite and thoughtful. I can absolutely recommend them.
