I bought my property same company from Hagley road, service was so great.I thought would be same service, I gave all the trust and responsibility to the Robert Oulsnam and Company (Lettings, 81 Hewell Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, , B45 8NL)It was my first time to the property ladder as a landlord, the way they treated me you can’t even treat to a tenant. After long 20days spending all my money on their contractors charging me this and that with VAT … etc we can’t go along each other, they so unprofessional they super busy to treat you well, your can’t reach their number easily even the applicants, you don’t have direct mobile number with the person you dealing with like other estate agents they do, the way they treat you is leave it or take it, so rude! Should you need any recommendations or share my experience am more than happy to do. DONT DONT DONT my advice.

Very little and poor communication, failure to keep on top of purchasers mortgage arrangements. Offer was accepted July/August time last year by December they had not confirmed mortgage offer with potential purchaser all I was ever told when I called, the brokers off sick, he is on holiday, we have left a message. At no point was there ever an alternative strategy - until I asked for the house to be put back on the market- total waste of five months which will I am sure also impact the price I will get for my house with the decline of property prices in this timeFollowing your response I can confirm that never at any time was it suggested by yourselves to put the property on the market, this decision was taken solely by myself in December. I would be happy to review your email correspondence and listen to recorded calls where you have suggested this to me
