FacebookA class in service and commitment, real knowledge around the locations/area/properties which I found very useful. I found Caroline going extra mile to set the property to the standard tenants deserves and for the landlords to acquire right tenants. I will recommend Open House/Caroline to anyone

FacebookI used Open House, Warrington to sell my house and can’t recommend them enough. Luke went over and above what any estate agent would normally do during the whole sale process from start to end. Viewings were organised and dealt with and I accepted an offer within approximately 8 weeks of the house going up for sale. Fantastic service!

FacebookStafford Open House have been fantastic. I own a few rental properties and Rob and his team have been simply wonderful. They have advertised the properties very professionally, found me perfect tenants for the houses, having shown them around. Completed checks on the tenants and written wonderful water tight contracts, as well as completing a full inventory of the house (including pictures) and all for half a months rent! You would be mad not to use them! Sara

FacebookRang twice to today to arrange a viewing and told I’d be called back. Still waiting. I’m only trying to spend thousands of £s over the next year renting a house. Why make it so hard? No wonder the flat has been on the market over two months. Non-existent customer service. AVOID.

GoogleI cannot recommend Open House highly enough. I was given a complete professional service from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble and all my queries were dealt with straight away. GoogleOpen House Estate Agents offer a highly professional service and I have no hesitation in recommending them. My house sold in one day! Neil was always available to assist with any queries I had with my sale and purchase. Both Neil and Stuart have wonderful customer service ethics, at a very reasonable rate, much less than their competitors. If I ever move again I would definitely employ their services. They do everything they can to make moving a less stressful experience.
