GoogleI don’t know what took me so long to write a review especially that it’s a first ever review that I truly want to write. We been with another local agency for almost a year and they failed us twice (not mentioning ridiculously high fees). A switch to Open House was best thing ever. Neil is unbelievable and there are nothing that’s too much for him. I didn’t needed to chaise him even once. He always updated us with a progress even if there was nothing going on. All my emails was answered same day and all my calls returned in a matter of few hours. My family and I are ever so grateful for all his help and support (we had difficult and complicated sale). 100% recommend. You won’t regret choosing Open House.

FacebookStuart and Neil gave us a first class service throughout the sale of our house, making sure we were kept up to date with feedback of viewings to then overseeing the process through to completion. Moving in general was quite a stressful experience for us but Open House did their best to make as much as they could go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future if needed. Thanks guys!

FacebookThis is my first rental moving out of my parents house, I’ve been here just over 2 months. The lack of empathy of open house staff Toward myself and my room mates is disgusting, nobody communicates with each other, you speak to 5 different people about the same problem and nobody has a clue what your talking about. Leaks through the ceiling, furniture that is unusable, mould, dirty stained walls, doors, broken washing machine, broken freezer ‘a cleaner’ who comes for 20 minutes when she fancies normally with her boyfriend, they just sweep up a few things then leave, I do all the communal cleaning, never address any problems, would never ever ever ever ever rent from them again ever. Only want your money, it’s not their house that they have to live in so they don’t really care... Problems reported but more than 3 house mates yet nothing been done. They shuv all old doors and furniture in the garden literally lobbed with no care in the world.
