The house sold very quickly and at a reasonable price. It was very easy to communicate with them via phone or email.

I have had Mel assisting me in finding somewhere to rent. She has been warm, friendly and efficient the entire time, she has put my mind at ease at what has the potential be an extremely stressful time. Top quality customer service.

We had a very positive experience when we recently purchased a flat through Oakwood Homes. They were so friendly, professional, relaxed, approachable and reliable. All the things you need when purchasing a property and such a breath of fresh air!

Professional staff and very good problem solvers. I am happy that I found them. They really helped us with our move. Thank you, guys, you are the best! Madeleine, Loraine, Amy, Alexander and all their colleagues, keep up the good work! 11/10/2023 It is the second time that I collaborate with Oakwood Homes and again they showed professionalism, transparency and fairness. Remi, Mel, Kate, Jessye and Tobias went above and beyond to make our move smooth. Special thanks to Kate, always managing at the highest standards. Thank you all for your efficient service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The lettings team at Oakwood Homes are excellent. They found a suitable tenant very quickly. They made the whole process of marketing, vetting, contracts etc very straight forward. They tailored their services to meet our needs and concerns, offering good advice and being professional throughout. We highly recommend them.

We had a really good and smooth buying experience with Craig from Oakwood Homes. I feel like he was calm and patient with us without adding the pressure that can sometimes be associated with other estate agents, while also being extremely informative if we had any questions. Would highly recommend Oakwood Homes.

Once again, the sales and lettings management team have exceeded our expectations! I am genuinely impressed with the exceptional service provided by Adam Spickett and the sales team, as well as Katie-Lilly Greenfield and the lettings team. Their unwavering dedication and hard work were instrumental in successfully concluding my 10-year-plus association with Oakwood Lettings as a landlord, culminating in the seamless sale of our rental property. Throughout the entire process, I was consistently kept well-informed by both teams, going above and beyond what I would consider necessary. I cannot commend them enough for their professionalism, promptness, and consistently courteous service. Beyond being our immediate go-to for any future needs, we wholeheartedly recommend their services to others. Kevin Hunt, Princeps Property Developments.

Oakwood Homes is the best real estate company I have dealt with. Their staff are extremely professional, clear, friendly, and provide outstanding customer service. Their representative advising me, Mrs. Jessye Abbs, was professional, sharp, clear, knowleadgeable, supporting and friendly. Her skills, attitude and knowledge reflected her employer's high standards and training. Jessye really helped me to progress on my search. In addition to having a great team, Oakwood Homes leverages technology to promote their offerings via videos, photos, mobile and web, in a way that makes searching and analysing more effective. Overall, a great company with great staff!

Very poor service and pravtice -was told if we offer above asking price property would be taken off the market-then told that other potential buyers would still be viewing property!also seem more interested in getting us to see their financial adviser and using their solicitors also .
