ATTENTION: Owner of This Agency Your staff is an absolute bunch of clowns and is actively making you LOSE MONEY! I was shown a property where half the house was locked and inaccessible, a complete waste of my time. When I complained, your agent did not apologised and acted completely unprofessionally. This level of incompetence is driving away potential buyers. To the owner of the rented three-bed bungalow in Denham that is trying to sell it, Get your property off this agency’s books immediately! I might be interested in buying it, but I will never deal with these jokers again. Your poor service is losing you sales. Get your team under control! And don’t come to me saying I can give you a call to complain, have some decency!

Maia has been an absolute star throughout our entire house-buying journey. As first-time buyers, we had plenty of questions, and she was always patient, kind, and happy to explain things, sometimes more than once! Her communication was outstanding, keeping everything moving smoothly between both parties’ solicitors and making sure we always had the information we needed. Yesterday, we picked up the keys to our new home from Maia, who surprised us with a lovely card and a box of chocolates. It was such a thoughtful touch and a perfect moment to thank her in person. I highly recommend Oakwood Estate Agents, everyone there is wonderful, but Maia truly guided us through every step of the process. Thank you so much!
