We were impressed from the start with Oakwood - they really demonstrated a solid knowledge of the local market, which wasn't always the case with the other agents we considered when we began the process of selling our flat. All communication was very easy and we never felt out of the loop. Chantelle has been amazing answering emails, even at times well after office hours had finished - could not have felt in safer hands. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.

Excellent service provided by Dominick the Assistant Area Letting Manager at Langley Oakwood Estate was just so very helpful with finding me a property. He is quite brilliant and knowledgeable about letting properties so we felt very confident and safe with him. He was professional and friendly at all times and most importantly found us such a lovely home to rent. Dominick went above and beyond to find us a property within days specially in the time of covid-19. Dominick is a STAR and we are sure he is a gem for Oakwood Estate. We have had a great experience with Oakwood Estates, particularly with the impeccable customer service we have received from Chantelle. She is professional, knowledgeable and a great listener, Furthermore, she has been friendly, empathetic and understanding from the very start and this has not gone unnoticed as buying a property during the current circumstances has been very stressful and she has been a great help in putting our minds at ease during the process and still continues to do so. She is a great asset to the team in Langley!
