GoogleNot impressed with the service from some staff in the Iver branch communications between the staff has a lot to be desired, having said that just spoke to very nice man called Kane who helped straight away

GoogleIt’s shame Adam Tattan can’t call back or even email back , when I make an offer for one of the property to rent with Oakwood Estates, Iver, I tried to check many times with him or with the Office about the offer , no one help me over a week , completely unprofessional .

GoogleCan’t praise them enough. I had a particularly difficult sale due to issues with the property itself. But Oakwood estates helped me through every step of the way. Chris in particular liaised between myself and the buyers and both sets of solicitors and got the job done. Without him stepping up and making those calls it would still be going through now. GoogleOakwood Estates have been absolutely incredible in helping us with our move, from fitting us in to a last minute viewing to moving in 6 days later. It was a really quick turn around and Dominick has been hospitable, friendly and gone above and beyond to get things sorted and putting my mind at ease the whole time. The referencing/document system used was efficient and faultless, really quick and simple to use. Allowing for all documentation to be processed in 24 hours. I cannot thank Oakwood and particularly Dominick enough. You have been brilliant! 100% recommend to anyone - and fingers crossed you have Dominick as your agent because he is great!
