GoogleI have mostly dealt with Lena (Jones) after the initial valuation from Josh. She has been professional and courteous, folliwing up any queries we have had and feeding back any comments from prospective buyers. Oakwood's have shown the property to many more potential buyers than I would have thought was possible at this time of year. It can only be from their marketing strategies and committment to sell. Josh not only valued the house for us, but wrote a letter of evaluation for inheritance tax purposes, even though we had not committed to sell. He even followed up with a couple of phone calls to check all was ok before we agreed to go with Oakwood's. All in all, there is a helpful team of staff and committment to selling property, as well as doing so in a professional manner, is the forefront of their ethos. I used Oakwood's to sell my recently deceased mum's house. When I am ready to sell my own property, I wi be using them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI was recently trying to purchase a property for Oakwood estates Langley. Unfortunately I did not proceed with purchase due to personal circumstances however I would like to thank Lena the agent working on my case who conducted my viewing. Lena was very welcoming during the property viewing and very responsive with her communication throughout the buying process. GoogleI cannot recommend Oakwood Estates highly enough! They are very professional but also very personable .Everyone who I have come in contact with seem genuinely happy working for the company. I’ve met several of the agents in the past and this time I had the services of Jodie and Gemma. Jodie sold my house in 10 days and Gemma helped to find me a new home ! GoogleHad a great experience with these Agents through the letting branch. Found that a lot of agents may not take the lettings part as seriously as those buying properties so was a nice change. Could be more responsive in regards to keeping to their proposed schedules rather than for the customer to ring/email to chase up.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

He was friendly, helpful and informative from the moment of the valuation to handling viewings with his colleagues, right up until completion.
