Oakwood Estate Agents Iver, were absolutely amazing. From Chris coming to do the valuation and Megan constantly being there for us. Oakwood are always available to take calls, answer any questions but most of all you are always dealing with the same person and not being passed from pillar to post. Megan in particular has been a pleasure to deal with, she is always helpful, attentive and has a way of putting you at ease if you are ever stressed about anything. We had an appointment at 14:15. We were there earlier around 14:00. Louise was there before us to greet us well in advance. Good timekeeping, wasn't it? She guided us in parking to the back of the property. She explained about the property's parking and took us to the property's tour from the back entrance showing us the kitchen, bathroom and the living room. She provided us plenty of time to see around the ground floor and then took us to the first floor through the stairs.she showed us the master bedroom and the natural view towards the front and the rest of the property. She also explained about the possible upgrade of another bedroom in the first floor before she took us to second floor to show us the second bedroom. After showing us the second bedroom, she took us to the garden explaining the is a good place for summer barbeque and evening drinks. Finally she wished us good bye and guided us to drive out of the property to the main road. She was dressed smart, lovely smile and smart. She was explanatory. She answered all our questions. She did great. Thanks Louise.
