GoogleI want to highly recommend Oakwood Estates and especially the Iver Office to all prospective Landlords and Tenants. The Letting Team at Oakwood Estates in Iver is absolutely spot on in every aspect from advertising your property to let, conducting viewings and getting the right tenants for your property. Landlords your property will be in safe hands and likewise tenants can trust Oakwood Estates in Iver to getting you the best property to let within your budget. Landlords I would recommend the management service offered by Oakwood Estates as their is a dedicated department that manages your property from preforming 6 monthly property inspections, rent collection, handling any maintenance issues, gas and electric checks. Practically everything is done in house at Oakwood Estates. I speak from previous experience as Oakwood Estates has managed my property for many years and I can say hand on heart that Oakwood Estates is the best I want to recommend and praise Rebecca who is the senior negotiator at the Iver Office. Rebecca is highly professional and very committed to achieving the highest standards of service to both landlords and tenants. Rebecca takes pride in everything she does and she ensures that everything she has been instructed to do is delivered accurately and on time. Rebecca is highly motivated and is a credit to Oakwood Estates. Rebecca is a shining star and always does her utmost to make sure both Landlords and Tenants are 100% satisfied. I would also like to recommend Kane who is Head of Oakwood Estates Lettings Services and covers all the offices. Kane is a fabulous leader and his team is a credit to both him and Oakwood Estates. I would also like to mention Charlie who is Head of Oakwood Property Services and manages all property issues at all Oakwood Estate offices. Charlie will keep take care of everything to do with your property and take care of your tenants. Charlie has a great Property Services team and Sophie is the New Manager of Property Services at Iver. From this review you get a glimpse of how professional Oakwood Estates is Lettings and Sales. This is why Oakwood Estates won UK Best Estates Agent Award recently and aswell as many other accolades.

GoogleWe had our property on the market some months with a local estate agent and were getting nowhere. We changed over to Christopher and the team at Iver. Within two weeks Gemma had shown a couple our house and they made an immediate offer which was accepted. She new what amount we were looking for and managed to secure that sum. The couple that purchased our property also said to us that Gemma was lovely and helpful during the viewing. Carole and myself have now retired and so grateful that Gemma was able to secure the sale which has enabled us to get on with the rest of lives. GoogleGood evening, We found online an interesting property to rent, and contacted Iver Oakwood Estates. We were very keen on that property. We called and found that there is no more spaces available for open day, but lady took our details and said she will put us on waiting list. We got a phone call back that a spce became available and got booked in. This felt lovely to be taken serious and that someone followed up. Thank you. Today we were viewing the property to rent in Iver. When we arrived we met Rebecca, she introduced herself and gave us her business card and a property brochure. She was very informative and very professional. When showing us around the house she explained all features in details and explained which items of furniture Landlord is looking to leave and which will not be staying and what exactly is included. Because of that we are very confident in understanding the property lease. Rebecca was fantastic. They had viewings for my rental arranged within a day, and when a potential tenant's credentials looked dodgy, they were honest an upfront with me. Giving themselves the extra work of finding a more suitable tenant. (which again they had sorted within a day or two).
