We purchased our first home through Oakwood. Frankie was very professional, approachable and responsive with any queries we had regarding the property/process. Myself and my partner are very happy with our new home and the quick turn around and wouldn't hesitate using Oakwood in future!

Laura, our Oakwood estate agent sales manager, has walked this journey with us of selling our house for over a year now from when I first started to think about selling and getting the house ready to sell, to the point of sale. Her advice has been invaluable. Laura was very realistic, not over inflating the price and literally within days of advertising the house, her team saw over 12 viewings and secured a deal getting me more than I’d hoped for. The process to complete the sale has sadly been a long journey but Laura has always been available, often responding to my queries out of hours, and she has always been quick to follow through and give me regular feedback, being an excellent communicator between buyer, seller and representative solicitors. Being my first move out of the family home, it couldn’t have gone better thanks to Katie! She was amazing - communication was speedy and clear, she answered EVERY question I had (even though there were a million) and has made this process incredibly smooth. No complaints at all! Highly recommend!

I recently rented a house from Oakwood Estate Agents and was very impressed on how fast and efficient the entire process was. It was all online, showing where we are in the process and what the next steps are. After we moved in we had some issue with the house appliances and Holly from the Burnham branch went above and beyond her call of duty to ensure things were fixed. She got the issues resolved and kept us in the loop via phone and email. Best customer service award goes to Holly. Had a good experience with Oakwood Burnham. Holly was incredibly nice and welcoming to me when showing me around the studio I am now going to be living in for the next year and offered her full support and was able to answer most questions I had regarding the property, referencing systems and any other additional admin questions. If you are ever in Burnham/Slough, I would highly recommend using this company! as overall service is excellent, they have some very beautiful properties and it had been a smooth and diligent process for me.

As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous and had plenty of questions to ask, they were approachable and responsive with the queries we had regarding the property/process. Cole Caesar at the Datchet office was excellent in quickly finding a suitable tenant for our property! He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made it smooth and completely glitch free. I had an amazing experience with Katie from the Datchet store. She was so lovely and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. She went above and beyond when it came to trying to move me in to the new place as soon as possible. When Katie was on her lunch when I rang her colleague was aware of what needed to be done with my application and I didn't even need to explain. The communication and professionalism from the team was so refreshing. Honestly cannot recommend Oakwood Estates enough. So friendly, personable, professional and made everything so incredibly easy!
