Amazing experience, Sarah help us to book a viewing appointment upon some cancellation as viewing slots were completely booked, then she help every step on the way until I moved in the rented property. There were lots of hurdles along the way and she always keeps me aware of situation and always approachable via office phone, emails, mobile and texts. I rented a house from Oakwood Estate in Langley for nearly 3 years. They charged me(the tenant) £450 for check-in inventory from a third party company for an unfurnished property. The check-in report was very clean with no major faults but I had provided tons of comments and pictures stating that the inventory clerk didn't do their job properly. The same inventory company during checkout, reported the same damages against me which I had mentioned during check-in and they wanted to claim £1139 from me. I raised a dispute with DPS, provided the evidence and they dismissed all the claims. Oakwood estate manager Charlie was very unfair and biased during the whole process.
