GoogleThe whole team at Oakwood are great, professional and easy to work with both on rentals and sales. They organised in excess of 20 viewings on our house, we ended up with 4 great offers. Louise was an absolute star organising a full day of viewings , Chris and Jamie are also a pleasure to work with. If you have a house to sell or rent in Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Maidenhead, Langley, West Drayton, Iver, Uxbridge, I highly recommend them.

GoogleWe are currently looking to buy an investment property and approached Oakwood Estates to arrange a couple of viewings. We have been to shown a property on Saturday by Kate, who we found very professional, friendly and responding to all our queries. We have not made any offers yet but are very happy to continue to work with Kate and Oakwood Estates.

GoogleBit of straight forward and quick. Good experience but should slow down while showing property and understand requirements of viewers. Someone have make an offer is good saying but sometimes it gives negative impact on other viewers. Anyway, Over all good 👍

GoogleI went on two viewings today. The letting agent was Rebecca and I was very pleased with her professional attitude. The first property I viewed was not suitable to my needs and, instead of sending me on my way to trawl back through the internet, Rebecca straight away informed me of another property very local to the one I had just seen and said she could show me around now if I wanted. I followed Rebecca to the second property and was very impressed and informed her straight away I would like to take it. Rebecca showed great initiative and fast thinking skills and I am very impressed. Thank you

There was a point when we thought the whole chain would collapse (through no fault of Oakwood!) but she went over and above to make sure that it went through successfully. GoogleWe arranged a viewing for a property and met Louise from Oakwood. She was very professional and knowledgeable. To add to the personal touch, Louise also suggested some nice options around how the layout could be made better and a bit about the local area. GoogleMaia was very professional. Upon arrival we found her on site awaiting our arrival. She was polite and friendly. Maia was able to answer all our questions and seems to have key knowledge about the property. Maia was also able to signpost us to a mortgage advisor should we require. GoogleExcept for shortage of one toilet and risk of Heathrow expansion all sounds good. Sales lady Louise was great and outstanding in running past house details with good knowledge of area, house life and house keeping etc.

GoogleLouise is very professional and polite. Very clam person with wealth of knowledge about the property and area. She explained and showed property thoroughly to make interest in the property. You won’t find such estate agents these days who know about the area, I have seen many properties around the area and in general agents are just showing you property with no information of the area.
