GoogleOur experience with Oakwood Estate agents was a positive and happy one from start to finish. Today, it ended with the completion and purchasing of our new home. Frankie was proactive, accomodating, understanding and professional during this time. She demonstrated understanding and empathy and great management skills in organising various aspects of our needs. Frankie also denonstrated clear and quick communication to provide information and updates. She was a diplomatic and skillful communicator between us and those who were selling the house to us. Above all, we felt that Frankie went above and beyond to make the process of buying the house work for us. She was always polite, cheerful and dedicated. I would whole heartedly recommend Oakwood Estates for their professional services and the excellent manner in which they deliver these services.

GoogleLovely meeting her. She explained answering all of the queries that we asked her that day. Noted down the issues we had raised and also suggested that we can raise the issue through the app in future. The contractor turned up today as promised and finished most of the issues. He needs to order some parts for rest of issues and will fix it later.

GoogleFrankie at Oakwood Estates has made what can at times be a very stressful process more manageable through her pleasant manner. She also remembered our particular family needs from other home visits and was able to advocate for us during negotiations. From start to finished they were very professional, and both Frankie & Edward in sales were excellent - they were very patient with all my questions and queries. Purchased was done within a few weeks of accepting the offer and whole process was completed within 5 weeks from start to end.

GoogleFirst time using Oakwood in Burnham to rent out our property in Burnham ! As Shannon Corrigan said "best to use someone local who will get customer traffic and use every platform available to market the property to the greatest audience." Great service from Shannon and Katie in their Lettings section and also from Frankie in their Sales section. Very professional firm, good landlord service, great service and always willing to go that extra mile to get the best for their landlords. They have some good contacts to help bring the property to a rent able level and achieve the highest rent and have a very modern approach towards letting using the latest technology and are hungry for the landlord's business which is shown in their flexible approach. Great family feeling and a vibe that they want your business with a focused approach toward getting the job done in the best interest of the landlord and tenant. Would not hesitate to recommend Shannon, Katie and Frankie as a triangle of how to become a successful and popular lettings firm in the heart of Burnham High Street. GoogleThe service we have received from Oakwood Estates was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Finding a property is really hard these days and I felt like Oakwood Estates was the only estate agency that actually WANTED to help us. All other agencies just take down your details and you never hear from them again. Oakwood Estates actually sat down with me to show me some properties, no other agencies did that!!! When we decided to move forward we had assistance from Holly all the way through. I was so pleasantly surprised with how accommodating and organised she was. She made sure we were updated on every step and got back to us super quickly on any questions we had. I have never received such excellent customer service from any estate agent (which is kind of sad because this ☝🏼should be the norm!) Big thank you to Holly and the team! Will recommend you to anyone looking to buy or rent.

GoogleWe gave Oakwood a 5 star rating because we can’t give them a 10!! We chose Oakwood based on reputation and being local. It was one of the wisest decisions we have ever made! Our property sale turned out to be very protracted, multiple offers/buyers and having to contend with a belligerent developer. Fortunately the Oakwood team were with us all the way, calm, professional and encouraging. They co-ordinated with other agents dealing with our chain and with our developer which removed stress at a difficult time for us. We got the sense that we were their only client and were dedicated to the sale of our house - clearly we were not the only client but that’s how we were made to feel! They communicated promptly, were always available even during non business hours. Small issues such as computer systems and phone systems changes were dealt with competently and without delays. We would thoroughly recommend Oakwood to handle a property sale or purchase.

GoogleThe agent was professional. Polite, well mannered. Maia Adam's greeted me he gave me space to view the property. His way of conduct also was impressive. His knowledge was real 5 star range. I have viewed many banglowes over the years, where many agents always say they will get back with further questions I asked, just simple,but Maia was courteous and his way of handling my questions was excellent. GoogleWe have just purchased a property that Oakwood Estate were acting on behalf of the sellers. We dealt with Frankie Collins from start to finish. She was absolutely fantastic. Any queries we had or our solicitor had she was more than helpful, organised, knowledgeable and would get back to us in a timely manner. The purchase/sale was part of a chain and she was very help in organising all parties. From the dealings we had I would always recommend Frankie going g forward. Thank you for your help!
