GoogleI didn’t need to look any further then Oakwood estate agents to rent & manage my property. Their friendly professionalism gave me the confidence in allowing them to let & manage my apartment. The main negotiations on finding the correct tenant for the flat was through Katie Dawson who was commutative throughout, reliable & accessible at all times & a trustee member of staff giving valuable advice. The property was rented quickly with a happy tenant.

GoogleWe put our house on the market with Oakwood Estates, and were SSTC for over asking price within a week of being on the market, following a really well attended Open House. Sadly our sale did not end up working out, via forces beyond our control, with there being a chain breakdown in two successive attempts to make our onward purchase. But despite the challenges afoot, the team at Oakwood Estates (in particular Abbi) have been nothing short of exceptional - showing great patience, responsiveness, empathy and diligence throughout. When compared against our experiences of other agents in the local area (with whom Abbi herself had to repeatedly 'pop in' to find out updates in our sale - as we were getting nothing back!), they really do come out on top. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home, and we'll be picking back up with Clare, Abbi and the team as soon as we're ready to sell again!
