GoogleWe had previously parked our property acquisition(!) activity after some insipid viewings. An extended break and an epiphany later, we did embark on one viewing. Had a bit of surprise when Kane, who was our neighbour while at a previous employer, was at the door for conducting the viewing. From there, it looked like it was ordained. Oakwood and Kane had us nimbly side-stepping potential banana skins to land us the property. Effective communication and forthrightness seem to be the norm from this realtor. Suresh
