GoogleWorst estate agent I've ever experienced. Advertising a studio with several photos however once I arrived for the viewing the studio was completely different inside, to the carpet from the walls to the appliances and even smaller. It was not the same property. I questioned the agent and he said that their marketing team hadn't updated the photos... but the photos online was for a completely different property? False advertising. Drove 30 minutes to view it.
Dear Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we strive to meet our prospective tenants’ expectations, on this occasion we regret that an element of information advertised was not reflective of the current condition of the property. The situation arose as the Landlord recently made renovations to the unit since the previous tenancy to include the kitchen within the unit rather than as a communal kitchen space. I can clarify the rest of the property apart from carpet changes were of the same unit and this was not changed in anyway, it was not our intention to mislead you. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused and I can confirm that the photos have now all be updated to reflect the state of the property. Thank you Amber - Marketing Team

GoogleGuys all Indian & Asians be aware of this agency !! They are scammers !! They scamm people until they get the deposit and their commission!! Once you transfered to there account !! Everything changed !! We left with broken boiler since past 5 days !!! On 13 Stanley road , slough !! Staff are real rude in nature !! They are not bothering about basic need of people in this cold !! So please be aware of these Scammers !! I will run a post on ukindians group as well !! Dear Azeem, We are extremely sorry to receive your 1-star review. On Tuesday 3rd December you were checked in to your rental property where your allocated property manager ensured that the boiler, hot water, and heating were all working. We informed your landlord on Saturday who arrived the same day at 4.30pm, however, access was denied. We therefore rearranged for your landlord to attend at 6pm on Tuesday 12th December, however having spoken to your landlord the following morning, it seems access was again denied. You have received a welcome pack explaining how to report maintenance issues on our 24/7 online portal and we encourage you to use this method so any issues can be efficiently received and processed. We are more than happy to resolve any maintenance issues you experience during your tenancy however it is imperative that you allow access into the property so that the engineers can attend. Please feel free to call the office and we can rearrange this appointment for another time that’s suits you. Kind regards, Amber
