GoogleWe had a great experience working with our Oakwoods. Charmine was fantastic in helping us through the entire selling process and found the right buyer for our home. Claire provided valuable guidance as we viewed other properties and gave us great advice on pricing and positioning our own home correctly. Their support, knowledge, and professionalism made a real difference, highly recommended! Thank you Claire, Charmine and Oakwoods.

GoogleOakwood Estates has shown a worrying lack of professionalism and respect for tenants. The staff clearly do not understand even the basics of property management and have no regard for tenant privacy. Firstly, they allowed a potential buyer to take photos inside the property without the tenant’s permission, a serious invasion of privacy. More recently, they tried to access the property without informing or getting consent from the tenant, which is completely unacceptable and unlawful. Letting agents have a duty to act responsibly and lawfully, but Oakwood Estates has repeatedly failed on both counts. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a competent or respectful agency.
