I am even less fond of people who call you and when challenged as to how they gained your number come up with some nonsense about valuing your home "a few years back", Having owned the property for 40 years I know that never happened and I would likely have gone to a more local estate agent. Pleasant enough chap on the phone though hence two stars for effort
