GoogleOaks recently sold our flat for us. They were extremely professional and dedicated throughout the whole process. They are a great team to work with and their knowledge of the local area is a priceless commodity when it comes to selling a property in the Streatham area. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleI truly cannot recommend Oaks Estate Agency highly enough. Without Gabriel and his team, their time, care, regard, effort, thought and sheer determination to help every person involved in the chain to achieve their dream of sale and purchase; I wouldn't be writing this review. Not only do they invest in the local community being residents and passionate about the area and it's growth, they invest in the properties they both buy and sell by communicating with everyone involved from legal teams to builders to local councils to buyers and sellers. After 10 months of trying to sell my house with other agents who all believed they would and could, but both over and undervalued the property and then showed it to people who simply didn't 'get it' (it had a vintage style), Gabriel just understood who would and said if he couldn't secure a sale within 8-10 weeks then it would probably be best to take it off the market and sit tight for 6 months or so. But he did secure the sale he said he thought he would and honest has been their by-word from beginning to end - so for that and more - I appreciate them. Thank you all at Oaks!

GoogleUsed to sell my late mothers property in streatham. After dealing with another agent who made little progress and received no realistic offers Oaks were on the ball and kept me updated. First sale fell through but through both processes kept me informed and chased the various parties on a regular basis to ensure no hold ups from our side. It was a relief to finally complete and move on and I found Gabriel and his team very supportive and helpful and made the process a little less stressful than it could have been.

GoogleA* recommendation for the team at Oaks re buying and selling. I bought my flat from them 3 years ago and just sold it via them too. Professional, friendly service throughout - managed my expectations brilliantly and always felt in good hands as they communicate well. Having dealt with many estate agents in the last few years I wouldn’t say that about many. Thanks team

GoogleFantastic experience with Gabriel and all the team at Oaks. I've bought and sold multiple properties and I have to say that I've never felt that an agency has worked so hard and efficiently to sell one of my properties. The team were always available, providing viewing and enquiry stats whilst working hard to get a sale. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks everyone at Oaks!
