GoogleThese guys are more knowledgeable than I expected them to be on the area, market, and overall just helpful. Really appreciated it, as I was on the slight defensive, calling an estate agent when I hadn't actually decided whether I actually wanted to move yet. If you want someone who knows their stuff but isn't going to bully you into making a decision, definitely worth having a chat with them.
Thank you Jay. Look forward to working with you in the future. Thanks, James Byrne Managing Director

GoogleThis was my second attempt at selling my house, previously on with another agent, and the experience could not have been more different. They were efficient, courteous but friendly, easily accessible and I felt they were on my side. They obtained the full asking price after one week and one open house, which was impressive and much appreciated by me.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Value

GoogleEXCEPIONAL SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We turned to Oaks after being on the market for long months with another agency. We suffered because of poor customer service and bad attitude of sales agents. We spoke with a few different agents when we decided to sell our property with James. An umbelievably quick sale and it was put on the market at excactly the right price.Of course a big thanks to James who took real care of me trough all stages of selling my property.

GoogleBEST estate agents I've ever worked with! They worked so hard selling our house....from the moment of instruction to completion. You'll get no less than excellent communication, commitment and dedication. The are a few other well known estate agents in the area but give Oaks a try.
