My partner and I have just completed our purchase on a flat in Streatham from Oaks. The whole process with them was seamless from arranging a few different viewings to collecting the keys. The entire team has been so helpful and really responsive whenever we had questions. We sold our previous house with a larger named estate agents but it was actually the team at Oaks making sure everything was going through as quickly as possible. We found that our own estate agents were too busy to respond to ad hoc requests quickly whereas there was a real personal touch with Oaks, I felt like they genuinely cared about the purchase and we were not just another customer to get through.
