GoogleWe booked to see a property in Norwood Junction with Oaks Estate Agents today at 1pm. I have a confirmation email from the estate agent. We went all they way there in this cold weather, turned up on time, but there was not agent there. We rang the doorbell, and whoever lives there told us they were not informed that there was a viewing today. We have never encounter anything like this before. It was terrible. Don't use this estate agent because they do not take care of the viewings they've booked, they obviously won't sell your property.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Hi Dadiow, Unfortunately, we deserve this review because I've checked our system and you're absolutely correct. I can see that the viewing was booked a while ago and since then, we have had multiple offers on it and it has now sold for in excess of the asking price. As such, it has been removed from the market and other viewings have been cancelled as a result. You should have been informed by one of our colleagues but in his absence, this wasn't done. It will be of little consequence to you I'm sure, but this matter will be dealt with internally and won't happen again. As an independent business, I pride myself on my service and we have fallen way short here. I'm very sorry. Thank you, James Byrne Managing Director

Promises were made and kept in terms of how quickly a buyer could be sought and for us to be regularly updated with progress. Conal was superb as our liaison to the buyers and consistently provided us with updates even quicker than our solicitor!. We would highly recommend if you want to sell in and around South Norwood.

GoogleDaniel McKulsky Knocked my door and was very polite in his approach and asked if I needed any help in selling my property. I explained that my current estate agent only had 7 visits in 2 months and I was getting frustrated with them. I was out of contract with them and signed up with Oaks who arranged a open day which got me a offer. Wish I had went with them in the first place .
