It's been the first time we have rented out our home and it's fair to say we were quite nervous! From the moment we met Jack we felt totally reassured and supported in the process that was totally new to us! Jack has gone above and beyond to help us and it's been really appreciated. Everyone we have come into contact with has been helpful and professional without being pushy or overbearing. We are so pleased we went with Oakes and would recommend.

We have always sold our own properties, with the belief that no-one knows our home as well as we do but after our chain collapsed at a very late stage, we lost the enthusiasm to go through it all again. James at Oaks connected with us and after an honest chat, we decided to allow his team the opportunity to reinvigorate our sale and impress us. James said that his team would put their best efforts into selling our house at a strong price and so they did. Sold within one month to a quality buyer and we have just exchanged contracts above our asking price. James and his team delivered on their confidence, were prompt and communicative throughout and handled the entire process with the utmost professionalism. All this during a period of significant economic challenge and political turmoil. I highly recommend the Oaks team to deliver your sale. Thank you Oaks!

I shouldn't have hesitated when I considered switching to Oaks back in January to sell my flat! The team were pleasant to work with, responsive and always actioned what they said they would. I can't recommend Oaks highly enough from the point of view of someone selling a property. Compared to previous experiences with both traditional and "online" agencies Oaks made it all so pain-free. James and the team gave good advice throughout and worked really hard to market my house, chase up solicitors, and then to keep the sale on track when we hit some obstacles. I found the team very professional and appreciated being able to communicate quickly and easily via a dedicated WhatsApp group.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the Oaks (Addiscombe) team. With respect, intelligence, empathy, tact and good humour they helped us to endure the trials and tribulations of selling our house. We had a buyer withdraw their offer (couldn’t get a mortgage), but Oaks found a replacement within days. The team members work to each other’s knowledge and experience, this makes them a highly functional unit. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house. Thank you Oaks!

Worst Agency ever! Cannot express how bad service I have been receiving from them. Up until you actually rent the property, they are ok, afterwords they just want their commission. They don’t care about anything that you report, they say it’s the landlords holding back and when you speak with the landlords they say they haven’t been informed!! Over 1 year I am waiting for them to send a specialist to check the windows, as they are properly sealed, so cold air and water comes in. Now over 1 week without washing machine and no information on when it will be fixed!! Completely ridiculous!! As I seen from comments, they only care for sales, not rentals.

Just to say that Joey at the Addiscombe office came up with a suggestion that cut through the Gordian note of the problem that I was having in securing a place whilst my own is being refurbished. He persuaded the letters to agree an unusual arrangement (for them) and I'm now in! Thanks Joey!

I instructed Oaks to put my property on the market in late August of this year and have just completed and I would 100% recommend their group. I worked first with Zoe and then later Ciaran and they were both superb - responsible, responsive and perfectly professional. The property was on the market in very quick time and they dealt with offers, solicitors and prospective buyers well making me feel very at ease.
