GoogleDane Reynolds has been amazing, we had some bad luck this year trying to buy a house but Dane at every step has been incredibly helpful, quick at responding and really kind to our circumstance. They worked collaboratively, listened carefully to my pricing strategy, and did not apply pressure to reduce the asking price simply to secure a quick sale. Communication was consistent and clear throughout, from listing the property all the way through to exchange, and they liaised effectively with my solicitor to keep the process moving. As a local business, they know the area well and I was pleased to support them. Overall, I felt well looked after and would happily recommend them. Thank you, James and your team!

GoogleAfter having various valuations, we decided to choose Oaks in Streatham. James Poll and his team marketed our property and managed the presentation, photography and viewings smoothly. We were kept informed of viewings and offers and we were advised on the best way to move forward with the elements of the sale process. In a difficult market, James managed to facilitate a sale which suited both parties. Oaks proved to be good with their communication with us as well as their professionalism.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat with Oaks. Andreé and Vas were great to work with, achieved quick viewings and secured a sale promptly. It was challenging when I was not always able to answer calls during the day however, the use of messaging made things more seamless.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, they respond with urgency - no matter how big or small the issue - and they always provide us with helpful and informed advice. GoogleAndree and his team set the standard for what you want from an estate agent when selling your home. When we first met, he promised he would find a buyer for my property, a former council home, and he delivered. I moved to Oaks after my previous agent failed to secure a single viewing in six weeks. Oaks arranged viewings every week. Communication was excellent throughout. They set up a WhatsApp group with me and my partner, which made everything quick, clear, and professional. The team also worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale progressed smoothly right to the end, making sure no communication was missed between the legal teams and that everything stayed on track. I would highly recommend Oaks Tulse Hill.

GoogleI’d considered using Oaks for my own flat sale recently- they did a great pitch and obviously had a very deep understanding of the current market and local area (and had great reviews), I went with a different agent in the end because of the fee structure but they were my preferred alternative if things changed. I’m now very glad I didn’t go with them, as I had a viewing at the start of January through them. From the start I was getting messages from two separate individuals in the office asking me the same questions (which I’d already answered) which seemed pretty disorganized. The kicker was on the day of the viewings the guy showing us around was over half an hour late. I was with my four year old daughter (which he knew when I booked the visit) and it was about 2 degrees and icy. There was no cafes or anything warm nearby we could go in. He kept assuring us he was 5 minutes away instead of giving us a realistic time. I would be horrified if I was a seller and I lost a potential buyer in this market because the agents had overbooked themselves and angered a buyer by being this late. Ultimately if you’re asking someone to spend hundreds of thousands of pounds, the least you can do is treat them with respect by being on time, or rearranging early. I’m only leaving this review now because I recently had a marketing letter from them explaining why they’d do a better job of selling my flat than my current agent which annoyed me a bit given everything above.

GoogleI observed Oaks Estate Agents before I made the decision to instruct them on my sale. I highly recommend them even if you are only considering selling your home. They are extremely professional and attentive to their clients they keep you informed, uptodate with texts and emails, give feedback but ultimately, get your home sold rather than have it languish on the market for months. GoogleI’m currently a tenant with a different property management company, but I recently reached out to Sam, Chloe, and the Oaks Estate Agents property management team for some impartial advice on an ongoing issue. I was truly impressed by how willing and helpful they were, even though I’m not directly one of their tenants. The entire team provided thoughtful, factual advice that was invaluable in helping me resolve the issue. While I can’t control who my managing agent is, I can say that after this experience, I genuinely hope to find a property management team as helpful and professional as Oaks in the future. Highly recommend them for their honesty and willingness to support tenants, even when it’s not to their direct benefit.
