Instructed Oaks to sell our house in South Norwood mid September 2022. Sale was complete in Mid December 2022. Received honest advice throughout in terms of house valuation and market situation. Despite interest rate rises and an uncertain economic outlook they secured plenty of viewings and in-depth feedback from potential buyers which was very useful in deciding on a price to accept. After a sale was agreed Dane worked hard to keep everything moving forward, getting answers to queries and sorting out hold ups. If you’re selling in South Norwood then these are the guys to use.

Id recommend using Oaks . Got my house sold in a reasonably difficult market. Dane was great with the communication and kept me up-to-date at all times. Their rates were pretty decent too, cheaper than 2 of their competitors.

The best estate agent ever!! We have no words to express our gratitude to Dane, an estate agent from oaks estate agents in South Norwood. Dane was attentive, approachable and supportive during the purchase of our home. He was very quick at responding to all our questions and was able to reassure us throughout the process from the start to the end. Dane went the extra mile to ensure the process run smoothly and quickly. This was a very quick purchase and we had no issue at all during the process. Thank you Dane and keep up the great work!

They really do go the extra mile. From meeting Daniel initially, to Conal conducting the viewings and Dane progressing the sale along, their professionalism really stood out. Daniel was true to his word when he came round to value the property -that they really care about giving excellent service, and I fully agree. They also recommended the solicitors that we used, and between Oaks and the Solicitors, I never had to wait more than 2hrs for a response to any of my emails or calls. A special mention to Dane who was so proactive and on-top of everything. Thank you all.

Had a very positive experience with Oaks from the start, from the initial consultation Daniel was friendly and informative. We went ahead with the open day style of viewings and had offers in the first week. Daniel and Dane who handled my sale kept me up to date with how everything was going. Although had a few hiccups along the way I am now moved in and settling into my new home. I could contact either with any queries and they were always very fast to respond which really helps in this type of stressful situation. Thank you for making my journey as smooth as possible. Regards

Daniel and the team at Oaks have been absolutely fantastic. We have sold our house in South Norwood through them and have found the process smooth and pleasant. From the beginning they have been very personable and professional. The photographs taken presented our house well and the sales package was very professional. We had lots of interest in the house which converted smoothly into a sale with good buyers. It has been very useful having them so close and open early and late, so that I can pop in after work for a catch up. I'd highly recommend Oaks and would certainly use them again.

Oaks were amazing, we highly recommend. The whole process of buying our new property, from first viewing to completion, Oaks were so helpful and proactive - keeping our solicitors on track, which we greatly appreciated. They were super professional, always quick to respond, and a pleasure to communicate with. We are very grateful for all their hard work. Thanks especially to Dane, Daniel and Conal!

Had an amazing experience selling our house with with Oaks, right from the initial consultation with Daniel through to completion, with their expert guidance we were able to exchange in less than 6 weeks! Daniel and Dane are fantastic, they ran an open house plus viewings and got us an offer in the first week of the property being listed. They kept us updated throughout the entire process, responding almost instantly on WhatsApp if we ever had any questions or concerns, they really do make what can be a stressful process completely stress free, thanks to their experience and professionalism. Thank you for everything, I couldn't recommend Oaks more highly, if you do choose to sell your house with Oaks I am sure you will have an equally positive experience with Daniel at the helm.
