Over the last couple of years we have bought a house, let a house, and sold a house through Oaks and the whole time they've been brilliant - efficient, helpful generally on it. Can't fault them. James and Ciaran are great - can't recommend them enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Oaks Estate Agents Tulse Hill office, particularly with Samyul and his team. From the moment I reached out with my property queries, I was impressed by their knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend Oaks Estate Agents to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy agency. Samyul and his team have set the bar high for professionalism, knowledge, and assistance in the property market. Whether you're a buyer, seller, or simply seeking expert advice, Oaks Estate Agents is the place to go.

I recently dealt with Samyul for some general Lettings queries I had and I have to say that he was the most helpful. Great service! I'm very glad that I reached out to him and Oaks, and I wouldn't hesitate to ask for any further help.

There aren't many places that have the level of conscientiousness and diligence that Oaks have proved to have. Couldn't be happier with the service I received, and when I decide to move again, Oaks have done enough for me to not look anywhere else. A nice touch with the 'Welcome Home' mugs they bought us when we had fully moved in. (Although would have preferred a more neutral colour, but the bright red makes my wife happy so I can't really complain).

I chose Oaks because they were local and I thought I would get a more personable service and they have NOT disappointed me. I am kept in the loop at every turn, no question is too much trouble and they explain things clearly. I have found the team to be extremely professional and friendly. Ciaran is clearly knowledgeable and has been more than helpful regarding advice for selling my property along with George in lettings and Samyul who has been extremely helpful in ensuring my property had the correct certificates and documentation ready for the sale. Everyone I have had dealings with at Oaks has been a pleasure, I would not hesitate to recommend Oaks or anyone working there to future buyers or sellers. Keep up the good work everyone! :-)

I have just bought my first flat with Oaks and I couldn’t rate them highly enough. Conal and Jonathan made it a seamless process and were attentive and professional at all times. For a daunting process, they put my stresses at total ease and I would not only use them to buy again, but to sell my property too. I will be recommending Oaks to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property. Thank you again for all that you did. Katie

We've used Oaks for selling a property, letting a property, and buying. I've been really impressed with Oaks - communication is quick and they've always been able to seal the deal quickly. James has always made himself available for advice and gone out of his way to ensure everything goes smoothly. We've truly had an excellent experience with Oaks and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their rates have also been among the best on offer.
