GoogleWe recently went to purchase a property through Oaks Estate agents in Norwood. We dealt with Daniel who was rushing us throughout the whole process and kept asking to chase our mortgage broker and surveyors. The whole process was very stressful and he said he bought a house recently and didn't feel the need to get a survey done which, we felt like he was rushing us through the process without proper due diligence, but he did go on to say it's a personal choice and up to us. When our survey results came back. It flagged A LOT of issues with the property which is marketed way above average price of the area and it was clear that to fix all the issues we would have have to spend a significant amount of money and time. The customer service from the estate agents to the buyers was appalling and clear that they just wanted the property off their books without any concern or care to the buyers. We will not be working with Oaks Estate agents again.

GoogleSamyul Halfpenny has been really great. I had a few issues with a tenant and he was trying to help me sort out the situation, whenever I had any concerns or if I needed to contact Samyul he was always available, helpful and responded to my emails right away not matter what time or day it was.

GoogleAfter searching for a property for months in the Tulse Hill area, I was struggling to find the right property for myself and my partner. This all changed when I spoke to Jack at Oaks who advised me that he was about to bring a property on the market soon but would let me view it before it goes online. I was then sent over to Joey who took me to the property and answered all the questions that I had for him. This was the smoothest process I had ever experienced compared to other agents I have previously used. Thank you so much Jack & Joey and I hope you enjoy the chocolates!
