GoogleWhilst I was in correspondence with a few of the team members at Oaks I want to particularly thank Josh who has been incredible from finding us tenants all the way through preparing for and eventually handing over keys to our tenants. GoogleOaks Estate Agents in Addiscombe have been fantastic from start to finish! Mason was so incredibly knowledgeable about the selling market and the local area and gave great advice from when he first came to value my property. From then on the whole team worked really hard to sell my home, always keeping me informed following viewings and helping me throughout the process. Luca has been amazing with making the process run as smooth as possible and was always full of enthusiasm for each viewing. They have been at the end of the phone whenever I have needed them and have always gone above and beyond to make this process as stress free as possible. GoogleI recently purchased a house as part of our property investment portfolio, working with Courtney. Courtney has been amazing through every step of the property purchase. She understood what I was looking for straight away and lined up viewings with suitable properties in one day. She then worked really well with both sets of solicitors to move us to completion in just over 1 month. She communicated everything clearly and made sure everything moved smoothly so we had no delays. I highly recommend working with Courntey if you are looking to purchase a property in the area.

GoogleOaks have been fantastic with our house move - we really couldn't recommend them highly enough. The challenge we set them was to sell ours and my parent's house in the same time frame and to push through our sale in time for the start of the school year in September. Through various challenges they delivered. Despite the war in Iran and the mortgage rate rises cooling the market they got a great price for our house which enabled us to move to our dream home. Their communication was excellent and they were proactive throughout the entire process - talking us through the process and talking us down when we were getting stressed. Luca in particular deserves special praise - he was like a dog with a bone pushing the sluggishly slow people up and down the chain to speed up and make our target date. If we were selling in Croydon again we'd go with them without hesitation.

The guys at Oaks were very attentive and helpful throughout. The Streatham branch has a really good coverage of properties and I was lucky enough to find one that suited all my needs.

GoogleWe’re renting a property through Oaks, and the experience has been fairly positive. Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in. A couple minor delays with the moving in process but overall would recommend.
