Highly recommend Oaks, they sold our terraced house quickly and for a great price. They had great communication and made us feel at ease during the whole process. The boys were great. George was great with keeping us updated and also annoyingly making sure that we were completing all of our paperwork in a timely manner 😆. Highly recommend these guys if you want friendly and efficient service.

Hi Yvonne, Thank you for letting us sell your house! I'm glad we got it sold quickly and I'm even happier the price was great. We pride ourselves on our communication and making it as stress free as possible so your review means a lot to me personally. We're a bit relentless with the paperwork aren't we?! Needs must though! Thank you so much once again, please stay in touch. Thank you, James Byrne Managing Director

Great experience viewing houses over several weekends with Oaks. Spent a bit of time getting to know George who was great to deal with and was very honest and transparent about the houses we viewed, which was refreshing. Daniel was also easy to deal with after our offer was accepted.

We’ve been dealing with Oaks - specifically Dane for over a year trying to find the right house. When a purchase fell through he tried his very best to find us another option that suited us and our changing circumstances. He called us directly to let us know about a property that had just become available and the match up was perfect - for us and the sellers. Dane worked really hard to get our purchase over the line in a very time sensitive situation. The communication was always good - being able to WhatsApp was brilliant and he was also very active in driving things through with solicitors etc. We owe Dane a lot for matching us with our new home and on a personal level I liked dealing with him. There didn’t feel like there was any ego or the common estate agent “bluster” that we’ve encountered a lot on our search. Would very much recommend. Thanks Dane!

Daniel and Dane did a fantastic job with the sale of our property. We were selling in a tricky time in the market, but they kept the viewings coming, and secured us an offer in good time. Daniel initially knocked on our door after seeing a sign of another agent, who was struggling with securing an offer, going up outside our house. Daniel then suggested a few different options and was very proactive in getting us to market. Daniel and Dane kept us up to date during the process, managing the progress of the wider chain, providing honest advice throughout and also chasing various solicitors to keep things moving as much as possible. We're really grateful for the hard work that Daniel, Dane and the wider Oaks team have put in, and have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone looking for estate agents in South Norwood. Thanks guys!

Having lost my sister and having her flat to sell I contacted three local estate agents and Oaks were AMAZING! They are a super team and obviously keep each other informed. Everyone was so professional and informative. Thank you so much George for the attention and selling the flat so seamlessly. Though an emotional time for me, George and his team were fantastic and I could not rate them highly enough! Don’t waste your time with the others. These guys know what they’re doing with a positive, friendly and professional attitude! 10*

Our experience with the Oaks team was exceptional from the first meeting to the final completion. They consistently had our backs and were on the ball throughout the entire process. In fact, when a buyer unexpectedly backed out for personal reasons beyond our control, they promptly arranged for the next potential buyer to view our home on the same day, and that individual ended up purchasing the property. I can't recommend Dane, Daniel, and George highly enough, they truly are the ultimate dream team.

Hi Cherelle, Wow, thank you for such a great review! I might get t-shirts with "dream team" for the boys, although that might go to their heads...! Jokes aside, thank you ever so much for letting us at Oaks market your home. I'm thrilled that you were thrilled and cannot thank you enough for taking the time to leave such a kind review. Please stay in touch and all the best for the future. Thank you, James Byrne Managing Director

Good experience letting with Jack in the Croydon office. Didn’t waste my time or faff around like other agents when I initially contacted, was quick and transparent from the beginning which is why I chose them. Found me tenants within a day of advertising and secured two offers above the monthly asking price. Competitively priced too compared to other agents who charge fees for everything under the sun.
