I have been renting out my property in South Norwood for five years since moving abroad for work. I recently moved from a very bad property manager to Oaks who have been a breath of fresh air. Since initial conversations with Jack about having Oaks fully manage my property, to working with Becky on the new contract and and questions I have, my experience has been excellent. Quick responses, extremely friendly, very very helpful and accommodating. I couldn't ask for anything else and I now feel at ease knowing my property is in safe hands. Thank you Oaks! :-)

If you are considering selling your property in SW16, I would highly recommend Oaks. In challenging market conditions we were considering both selling and renting. Valuations were quickly organised at our convenience. The team had completed research before arriving and we were provided with comparable properties that they had sold/rented recently to guide us. We chose to see our property. The whole Oaks team were very proactive and responsive to our questions. We were always able to get in touch quickly and were given helpful guidance. Thank you to Pav for his enthusiasm and kindness in showing the property and keeping us updated with feedback. Given a previous negative experience with another estate agency, I was quite apprehensive at first to go through the buying process again.
