GoogleOaks estate agents have been great with our renting experience from the start! Samyul is an excellent property manager, has been extremely responsive and helpful with us since the we moved in. In a tough market where renting is not always the easiest, Samyul and Oaks have provided us with brilliant service and I would recommend to anyone to use their services.

GoogleOaks have been managing the letting of my flat for a couple of years now as they were recommended by a friend. I’ve found Jack, Monika and Alison very helpful, efficient and fair with their charges for fully managing my flat and tenants. It’s been trouble free throughout. I now have Dane, Daniel and the team handling the sale of my flat and they have been excellent too, even securing a higher price when this would not increase their commission. Very good experience all round.

GoogleAfter a lack of movement and bad practices from another Estate agent I approached Oaks Estate Agents at Tulse hill, I asked them to come to view my property & tell me what needs addressing in their view to sell it. They were extremely proactive in our dealings keeping me informed every step of the way and not distant and aloof like the previous agent. After every viewing they updated us on what the prospective buyers had said good or bad about the property. After following their advice about being realistic with the pricing it was relaunched and a buyer was found in no time, I really can't thank Mason and Conol enough for going the extra mile and being on hand when ever I needed them a 1st class experience from a very professional proactive company. With out their intervention I'd still be twiddling my thumbs hanging out for a sale that wasn't coming instead I've now completed and I'm moving onto pastures new thanks to Oaks Estate Agents and their wonderful team of Mason and Conol.

GoogleI’d give them 10 stars if I could! Mason, Conal and James were all so great and we would highly recommend. Conal handled the viewings of our home and managed to bag us multiple offers within days. Mason was brilliant at guiding us through the process and chased whenever there were minor delays to make sure we were on track. The whole team were helpful and easy to get a hold of if we had questions.

GoogleWe’ve had a brilliant experience with Oaks in Addiscombe. From first meeting Yousef when our house was valued through to dealing with Oscar managing our viewings to Dane completing all the activities required after we accepted an offer. It only took 6 weeks to get a good offer on our house, which we were really pleased with. One of the things I thought Oaks were very good at was communication - we were always kept updated with what was happening, did not need to chase for updates and I love the way they set up a WhatsApp group with me - working full time it’s not always easy to find the time to ring the Estate Agent or take a call from them so this meant we had a second, flexible method of communication. Really simple but incredibly effective. Oaks also have a panel of people they can recommend to you, for example solicitors, surveyors etc. Oaks made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleOaks more specifically Rayaan has been excellent from start to finish in assisting us in letting out our property. We are first time landlords and Rayaan has made the process as smooth as possible noting the legal hoops we are required to learn and jump through along the way. During the legals they were proactive which meant the process was smoother than expected. Would highly recommend both.

Importantly he takes the time to provide what feels like a bespoke service. His team including Oscar have great communication and are all very driven and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend them.
