What can I say, Oaks Estate Agents are truly the best! I chose them to sell my flat based on the fantastic reputation I had heard, and I was not disappointed. My main point of contact was Yousef, and he has been absolutely amazing, an absolute credit to Oaks. He made sure we were kept informed at every stage of the process. The communication and attention to detail he provided was second to none. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend Oaks Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell. You won't be disappointed!

I sold my flat with Oaks Estate Agents in Oct 2024. The team (Conal and Mason) were fab to deal with - responsive to my queries and really good at arranging multiple viewings and marketing my property well. Also, negotiating the best possible price. Highly recommended.

We appointed Oaks to sell our Streatham flat after being with another agent for 3 or 4 months. The Team at Oaks (Mason, Conal, etc) completely smashed it out park and found us a buyer after only three weeks!! Oaks are diligent, efficient, straight talking and don’t mess around. We are so pleased we appointed them - which allowed us to buy our new home much more quickly. Highly highly recommended!

Great experience with Oaks Tulse Hill. Mason and Conal handled a complicated sale with great patience and skill. They are very experienced with selling properties in the area. They were friendly and took the time to chat through my concerns with me. Great comms in person and on WhatsApp. A much more personal touch than I've had with some of the bigger more corporate chains. When it looked like my purchase might fall through they hooked me up with their colleagues in another office who arranged a bunch of viewings in South Norwood for me, which was also a great experience. I would definitely use them again!
