GoogleThey are the agents for the house we're renting. Overall good experience. We had two viewings (One online video + walkthrough, one F2F.) and Oaks were patient with us, when we had to wait for paperwork. Therondo really went out of his way, organizing handover of the keys in the evening of a bank holiday! The only downside with Oaks was communication with the landlord, which -despite us bringing it up early- was only established when too late to align certain details (both sides could have saved £, had we exchanged plans earlier).

GoogleMe and my boyfriend were looking for a flat to rent and we’ve come across Jean-Luc-one of the best estate agent that I ever dealt with! He’s like my friend, calm, helpful, reliable and he goes extra mile to make things work. He made house rental procedure quick and smooth, assisting and supporting us every step of the way. I will definitely let my friends and family know about him as his service is just excellent. GoogleI've not been a fan of estate agents in general, having planned to sell my leasehold on my own through those self-managed platforms, to maximise my own profit. But the team at Oaks Estate Agent, were well worth the cost, having delivered beyond expectations. I went with Oaks due to the sheer persistence of Mason, and then Tyler and Luca did all the work of showing potential buyers around, taking all that stress away from me. Then I ended up accepting an offer for higher than I expected, thanks to the skilful negotiation work of Conal. During the sale process, their recommended solicitor, while more expensive than the price-compare websites online, helped ensure that we went from accepted offer to completion for a chain-free leasehold in just over 5 weeks, in time for the SDLT change.

GoogleI would highly recommend Oaks Estate Agents. My primary contact was Dane, but Montel, Daniel and all the team are fantastic. They organised superb photography, helped with getting my EPC certificate, set up a Whatsapp Group to help everything move along quickly, always kept me up to date with the process and most importantly were great at getting serious buyers through the door. The only reason I'm dropping a "star" is because I didn't have such a good experience working with their suggested solicitor. In contrast to Oaks, he was very hard work and if I had to do it all over again, I would have instructed somebody else. That said, it takes nothing away from Oaks who are brilliant. I felt very sad handing in the keys and saying goodbye to them. Top job, Oaks!

Conal Winson, our point of contact at Oaks, was professional, available, communicative and understanding - especially when our solicitors were none of those things. I really appreciated how much he kept us in the loop, even if there wasn't much movement to report. I couldn't recommend him enough.

GoogleI reached out to Oaks Estate Agents in Croydon to sell my house in Addiscombe, and the experience has been great from start to finish. Luca booked me in for a valuation and was really helpful in explaining the whole process. Mason then came round for the valuation, he was super friendly, professional, and gave a fair assessment. Compared to other local estate agents I’ve spoken to, the team at Oaks has been much more approachable and easy to work with. The sale went smoothly, and next time I sell, I’ll definitely be going back to them. Highly recommend!

GoogleI had an amazing experience with Oaks Estates, thanks to Therondo, the agent I dealt with directly. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the apartment I really wanted after I shared my reasons for needing it. He was professional, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Therondo was also prepared to assist me in finding another option if needed, but fortunately, everything worked out perfectly with the one we asked for. I highly recommend Oaks Estates and especially commend Therondo for his excellent service. Great guy!

GoogleDon’t waste your time with these people! We had an 11am viewing appointment, for a property we wanted to rent, but we faced an extremely unprofessional situation. In one of the coldest day in the year “-2” at the time of the appointment, the agent decide he can just waste people’s time and kept us outside for 30 minutes, and in the end no one showed up. Wen I call him 11am and told him I’m outside he said “my colleague will be there in an minute, he called after 20min asking if we saw the flat, I told him we been outside for 20 minutes already and no one is there, then he said let me call my colleague, to find out what is going to and I’ll call you back. We wait for another 10 minutes and then just left, and still hours after that no one call us back

Hi Deyvid, I've looked into this because it really bothered me but upon review, I can confirm that on 06/01/2005 at 2025, we sent you an e-mail that says: "I am delighted to confirm your viewing appointment on 11th January 2025 at 1:00pm." I'm looking at that e-mail at the time of typing and can resend it to you, should you so wish? Respectfully, you either turned up two hours early, or you got the time wrong! I don't think it's us that have made the mistake here, plus, we also tried to call you back. GoogleWhen our washer dryer stopped working just before Christmas we contacted Oaks Estate agents and they quickly resolved the problem by contacting the landlord. once the replacement machine was installed Alison contacted us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The purchase took a while due to chains but Hannah always responded to my emails and calls, chased when she needed to and kept me up to date. I would definitely recommend them.
