GoogleReally responsive and great estate agents, we rented for 2 years with Oaks and only had positive experiences and transparency between the landlord and agency. Jack (Lettings manager), Chloe, Sam and Monika, were such friendly people and really helped make our flat a home for 2 years. We are sad to have left but will definitely use Oaks again for looking to buy or let a property in the future.

Despite my high persistence and the pressure I unintentionally put on her, she remained calm, professional, and remarkably patient, always listening carefully to my needs and ensuring I saw all possible options. Although, we ended up going a different route due to timing, her thoroughness, dedication, and composure left a lasting impression. All in all Rhianna did a spectacular job and left an amazing impression. Anyone who has Rhianna as an agent will be in great hands.

GoogleAfter an unsuccessful and stressful experience with another local agent, Daniel sold our house that had been empty for 6 months above the asking price. From the first telephone conversation we were made to feel at ease and confident. Daniel went through the whole process with us and answered our endless questions. We were already very stressed at the time with having to pay for two mortgages however Daniel put our concerns to rest. Daniel negotiated the best price for us once interested buyers were found. After this the whole sale process went smoothly. I highly recommend Daniel at Oaks and would not hesitate to go back to him in the future.

GoogleRecently my husband and I started looking at flats to move out. We saw a tew properties online and I spoke to Victoria Byiers who was very kind and assisted me in my requests to book viewings effective immediately. She asked me questions to understand our preferences and what we are looking for. Her customer service was absolutely excellent. Later that day, she found another property that matched our key preferences and sent it to me via email which is now the flat we are moving into. The viewing was done by Hannah, who was really lovely and was open to any questions. Throughout the process and especially as first-time renters, we had many queries and property related / general questions, Victoria made sure she answered them clearly and as quick as possible. While she was away, her colleagues answered her emails on her behalf which was great for us. The team work very well together and have great communication which is a rare find usually in estate agencies. Thanks a lot Victoria and Oaks for all your help in assisting us to move into our very first home together! :)

They were very efficient at ensuring that once the sale was agreed, the process ran smoothly and called regularly with updates or to move things along. GoogleOur experience of selling our property with Oaks was excellent. Mason and his team did an amazing job from the first visit and valuation onwards. They were personable, friendly and professional. We found the group viewings on weekends especially convenient, and the communication via WhatsApp was great. Our property was sold within two weeks, but then Tyler kept on top of everything, helping to keep the wheels turning with regular contact with our buyers, the other estate agents in the chain and the various solicitors involved. A gold star service all round.
