GoogleWe have recently started renting a property from Oakfield, Eastbourne. Casey has been great from start to finish, she even made time for us to revisit the property so our daughters could see it before we moved in. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

GoogleWe are renting a property with Oakfield and have been for nearly 3 years. I reported a fault online late on a Friday afternoon, received a call almost immediately confirming receipt of the report. Called by an electrician on the Saturday to confirm more details and discuss what was required. Item was ordered on the Saturday, Electrician called to confirm ordered and expected delivery on the Tuesday. Electrician called on the Tuesday evening to confirm appointment on Wednesday morning to replace the faulty item in the Oven. Oven repaired on the Wednesday morning as agreed. great service, Thankyou

GoogleMarketed my property with Oakfield and although they didn't end up finding me a buyer (another estate agent who already had the property listed did) I was extremely impressed with professional, friendly and efficient service I received from Lauren and others at the Eastbourne branch. GoogleWe are in the process of purchasing a property through Oakfield, Eastbourne and have been dealing with Omid for the initial viewing but following that, with Lauren Vousden. Lauren has been incredible - friendly yet professional, extremely responsive and a good communicator. She always returns calls and obtains the required information. The process has been rather complicated but Lauren has continued to provide an excellent service even answering her phone when she was at home. I would high recommend Lauren and the team. GoogleI have just purchased a flat through Oakfield's, and in particular Lauren. I have dabbled in buying and selling property on and off for years. Normally the part I hate the most is dealing with estate agents, as I have had negative experiences with them over the year's. I am very happy to say on this occasion the service I received was first rate from all involved at Oakfield's. Lauren and her colleagues were there each and every time I needed them and I cannot fault them at all. Would definately reccomend their services to anyone thinking of buying/selling/renting a property. Thank-you guys

GoogleWe have recently sold a house through Oakfield Eastbourne and from the initial valuation visit Lauren had buyers lined up. We had accepted an offer on the first weekend the house was on the market. Throughout the process Lauren and the team were proactive in keeping us up to date and also chasing other parties in the chain to help keep things moving along. Lauren and her team gave me tips in ways to sale my house like tidy my garden, and decorate parts of the house. Once I completed these tasks there was a much better response. GoogleThings went well from the start ! The initial phone enquiry was met with courtesy and an agent visited the same day. By the end of the next day details had been taken, photos too and my home was advertised. I had tenants sign up within 1 week ! Communication from Alex and Casey was excellent and any concerns I had were dealt with quickly and conveniently. I'm a newbie landlord who will be abroad longterm, so a managed contract was appropriate. I trust Oakfield to handle issues and hopefully I can reiterate their great service after a few months of having my tenants looked after and my home checked too. Recommended !

GoogleWe worked with Lauren on the purchase of our new home and couldn't have been happier with the service received! Even though we were selling through a different agent, she was professional, helpful and super enthusiastic during the whole process. She even stepped in to help push things along in the chain when other (nationally known) agents hadn't kept on top of their job. A 'happy new home' bottle of bubbly was the finishing touch on the Oakfield service when we went to collect the key!

GoogleI have recently just been through the process of renting an apartment through Oakfield and have nothing but praise for them and, in particular, Casey, who helped me through the process. There were some kind of difficult moments, but I am very thankful for the flexibility, understanding and communication - we managed to get everything sorted eventually! Casey seems to be very hard-working, even contacting me out of office hours on one occasion to catch up with progress so far.
