GooglePlaced my property on the market with Oakfield for 12 weeks. After 10 weeks and no viewings, no contact from anyone at Oakfield whatsoever, I popped into the office to ask why I had not received a call, having had no viewings at all. Although there was an admission and apology for the lack of communication, there was no explanation given for it ?. 1 day before the end of the minimum term of the contract, I got a viewing! Although this amounted to nothing and the viewer was told by the agent that accompanied the viewing that we had found somewhere ourselves ?. This was not the case and I'm unsure why he would say that upon being asked by a viewer. Having brought and sold many times over the last 25 years, this was my worst experience ever with an estate agents. I did purchase the same property from them and they were outstanding on that occasion 5 years ago. I'm really unsure why I was let down by Oakfield, and all the good reviews make it even harder to understand, but I guess only they can answer this. I fully understand that you cannot force people to view a property and people will only view if they want too, but communication is the most important thing, as not knowing what's happening or what you could do to prove your chances of getting people through your door just leaves you in the dark and unsure weather you should be looking for the property you want or not etc etc....there are plenty of agents in Eastbourne to choose from, unfortunately this agent has fallen from a great height on this occasion.

GoogleFriendly and proactive 👍🏻 This is from two happy clients after receiving a great service from Oakfield agency especially Casey Freeman has to be mentioned for her amazing friendliness and been excellent from the word GO!We recently moved from Leicester with our six month old baby and it was difficult for us to travel all the way just to submit our documents and to show them in person before the move;so we had a discussion with her and after a couple of days she just put this to bed and arranged something which was acceptable from doing it through a postal service and we found it so easy.Casey always picks up her phone and responds to emails even late at nights and early in the mornings. At the times where you think about the issues you might have moving from far and want a response she’s there! Dealing with a person who’s passionate about what he/she does is refreshing.So if you thinking of any such deals she’s your lady;she’s on the case and everything is sorted very quickly! This is definitely your Good To Go place.
