I have dealt with Oakfield, Bexhill for several years as a private landlord and as a recent client selling her property. I could not be happier with their professionalism and communication. The Bexhill office has very definately been excellent behind repairs at my properties, and most crucially in arranging repairs and site visits, a big shout out to Kirsty Berwickfor that. I haven't had to look for a flat for years... and it was a bit daunting. I met with Sam Logan from Oakfield (Bexhill) and he couldn't have been nicer. Down to earth and straight forward it was reassuring to meet someone who gave me space to really be able to consider things during my viewing as I was able to view at my own pace. He kept in touch, sent me confirmation of my viewing and arrived promptly - he followed things up when I had a second viewing as well. We sold our two-bedroom house in Ninfield through Oakfield, and we were assigned Rocky as our estate agent. Rocky was very friendly and professional. He came round to view the house and talked us through step-by-step what needed to be done. Rocky put our house on the market on Tuesday lunchtime, and by Wednesday morning, he had found us a buyer and the process started from there. Throughout every step, Rocky communicated with us to let us know what was going on with the sale, offering us reassurance and guidance. Kyla at Oakfield has been absolutely amazing! I was taking forever trying to find the right place. Within a few days of registering with Oakfield, she found me a property I was happy with. I had issues before with other estate agents due to adverse credit history, I explained this to Kyla who was very understanding and helped me with the application. A few hours later it was accepted! However, she and Casey managed to finally get the landlord approval for our new flat. She did an amazing job in being professional. Izzy was also very helpful and friendly. Oakfields recently completed on the sale of my sisters flat in Bexhill. My sister is disabled and was treated with extreme kindness and respect throughout. The sale was complicated and required knowledge and expertise to deal with the various problems that arose. Oakfield Estate Agents at Bexhill Branch is made of a fantastic group of professionals. We are living in the U.S., so working with a highly skilled agent made all the difference. Jo Bartholomew, real estate agent, was our primary contact and she went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. Jo was professionally superb, very personable, and extremely available to us from a continent away (which sometimes meant phone calls at odd hours). She also assisted us by helping us connect to other professionals such as their insurance broker, and she coordinated inspections and quotes for repairs and decorating services. A big thank you to the whole team at Oakfield Bexhill. From start to finish Joe was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. And not at all pushy which I liked. Joe's valuation was higher than I expected but she was spot on and her photos and video really brought our property to life. Sam handled the viewings and called me with feedback each time. Lorna and Charlotte were swift with the documentation and David got us through the negotiation process during a tricky time.
