Big thank you to Charlotte for her professionalism, patience and understanding. Due to other factors, a flat (with another agent) fell through when we found out 3 days prior to the move that it would not be ready in time (building regs not signed off etc), I managed to find another suitable flat, this time on Oakfield's website last Thursday, viewed the same day, (Charlotte was very accommodating and squeezed a viewing in very last minute) and now ready to move in this Tuesday. 3 working days turn around time. Me and my partner have been looking at moving for over a year due to the fact of being in a very small property and with children it wasn’t practical. We first met Lucy White last year in June/July time to help us find a property, me and my partner took 6 months away from trying to move to sort ourselves out, we went back in to see Lucy a few weeks ago as my first daughter is nearly 1 years old and I am 35 weeks pregnant to this day and moving was at the top of our agenda due to being in a 1 bedroom flat. Lucy is so kind and very easy to talk to we felt like we could be completely honest about anything with her and she would be understanding and honest back with us. So thanks to Lucy for all her hard work and getting to know us to know what we like because now in the next few weeks we will be moving into a lovely accommodation all thanks to her. We came to England from Portugal for 3 days in May 2018 as we decided to move to England. We had already made a few appointments for house visits, but none of them appealed to us. Then we took a look around Bexhill-on-Sea and found the Oakfield company, everything was just right, we went to the office, explained our situation to Lucy and she immediately had the perfect house for us, not just on the PC, but she drove straight away with us and the house knocked us out, Lucy had the right feeling what we liked. The handling with Lucy was just perfect and she supported us in everything that we had a perfect move. When our children are older and the house gets too big for us, Lucy will be our first point of contact. Thank you very much.

Being such a young couple me and my partner were so weary and unaware of the process of renting our first flat together. Lucy has been excellent the whole way through. Josh has been great through out selling the property, always kept me informed with what was happening. Josh is a very helpful, polite well mannered person and takes pride in providing a professional good service at all times. Any problems that have arisen by the tenants, she has immediately informed me and the situation has been resolved very quickly, thus keeping my tenants happy. Charlotte was fantastic - she explained all the levels of service and her knowledge of the local area and market were excellent. She made the whole process of being a first time landlord completely painless. Can't recommend Charlotte and the rest of the team at Bexhill highly enough. Update August 2019.. The entire team at Oakfield Bexhill have supported us brilliantly throughout our time letting our flat. We chose the 'full' management package, which meant they handled rent collection, property inspections and maintenance etc. They expertly guided us through any changes to property legislation and provided 'best practice' advice. Once we decided to sell, they valued it promptly for us and I have no doubt that if we'd needed their Estate Agency services (our tenants were our purchasers) they would've provided the same high standard of care that we received as landlords. The entire Bexhill team are friendly and professional and there is always someone in the office to help. Special thanks to Charlotte for her initial advice, Roxanne for handling the property management/maintenance requests and Phil for his valuation and follow-up sales advice. Absolutely NO problem recommending Bexhill branch.

i would highly recommend using oakfield, as the staff are knowledgable polite and helpful and are very quick to respond to any queries or problems. I rented through oakfield back in 2014 and had a positive experience then, any problems I had including matenance issues were sorted quickly and I recieved all my deposit back to the penny when I left the property which can be unheard off when renting! After recently going through oakfield again, I have no doubts that I will have the same experience. Throughout the renting process I was speaking with Lucy, Lucy was very patient and clear when explaining all the steps and process and was very fast at getting back to me with any questions, she is an asset of the oakfield team for Bexhill! Overall oakfield have been the only estate agents I have had a positive view about in comparison to other local estate agents.
