We came to England from Portugal for 3 days in May 2018 as we decided to move to England. We had already made a few appointments for house visits, but none of them appealed to us. Then we took a look around Bexhill-on-Sea and found the Oakfield company, everything was just right, we went to the office, explained our situation to Lucy and she immediately had the perfect house for us, not just on the PC, but she drove straight away with us and the house knocked us out, Lucy had the right feeling what we liked. The handling with Lucy was just perfect and she supported us in everything that we had a perfect move. When our children are older and the house gets too big for us, Lucy will be our first point of contact. Thank you very much.

Being such a young couple me and my partner were so weary and unaware of the process of renting our first flat together. Lucy has been excellent the whole way through. We viewed on Monday and will be moving in at the end of week! Lucy made our experience so pleasant and easy going. I would highly recommend Oakfield estate agents. Charlotte was fantastic - she explained all the levels of service and her knowledge of the local area and market were excellent. She made the whole process of being a first time landlord completely painless. Can't recommend Charlotte and the rest of the team at Bexhill highly enough. Update August 2019.. The entire team at Oakfield Bexhill have supported us brilliantly throughout our time letting our flat. We chose the 'full' management package, which meant they handled rent collection, property inspections and maintenance etc. They expertly guided us through any changes to property legislation and provided 'best practice' advice. Once we decided to sell, they valued it promptly for us and I have no doubt that if we'd needed their Estate Agency services (our tenants were our purchasers) they would've provided the same high standard of care that we received as landlords. The entire Bexhill team are friendly and professional and there is always someone in the office to help. Special thanks to Charlotte for her initial advice, Roxanne for handling the property management/maintenance requests and Phil for his valuation and follow-up sales advice. Absolutely NO problem recommending Bexhill branch.

Thank you. I would like to thank Roxanne, for the excellent and efficient way she has looked after our rental flat in Bexhill for the last few years. Any problems that have arisen by the tenants, she has immediately informed me and the situation has been resolved very quickly, thus keeping my tenants happy. We are now selling our flat, which again has been dealt with very quickly by Josh, who found a buyer very swiftly and we look forward to a swift completion. Professional and caring! Great first impression! My husband and I are of the generation that believes in great customer service. Dan at Oakfield's was a pleasure to deal with. Polite and caring. He made time to talk to the elderly lady at whose house we went to see. He even made sure to wipe his feet before entering! His 'Sir' and 'Mrs. Affonso' showed great respect. My husband's the type who asks a thousand questions and many of them twice! But Dan never seems irritated and always does his best to answer.
