I chose Oakfield as they sounded genuine on the phone . The service they provided after that was nothing short of exceptional . Tony ,the agent ,put me at ease about the process , took great photos and reassured me that he was at the end of the phone anytime . Equally Sam carried out lots of viewings and always updated me . Gemma handled my renting experience from beginning to end and was very responsive to all my calls and emails. I contacted Oakfield at the weekend to view a property I particularly liked. Despite the COVID restrictions Scott did everything to help me get a physical viewing as soon as possible, including recommending a solicitor and broker, and I had my offer accepted today...less than a week later. Would definitely recommend.

Lauren B has been a delight! within an hour of a flat going online she had us filling in forms, and the next day we got accepted, and we are looking at moving in a week. shes kept us well informed and has been overall delightful. I end up moving regularly due to my line of work and it's worth while finding someone who listens to exactly what I'm looking for and delivers efficiently. I was recently looking for a flat to rent in St Leonard's on Sea. I contacted Gemma at Oakfield and she was so friendly and helpful right from the start. She has kept in good contact and has sent me all the information and documents I would need. She has made this such an easy and straight forward process. I have never had such an easy time of it when moving before!! Thanks Gemma and Oakfield for all your help!

I have used Oakfield twice for moving out and both times they have been nothing but amazing. Maisie dealt with my most recent move so quickly and efficiently without making it feel rushed and done unwell. She continued to be there whenever I needed something throughout the process explaining each part and helping me to do it. Even now I know Maisie is still there should we need anything once moved in. Amazing :)

Oakfield have been incredible in helping me try to find a property Ronnie was totally on it and cheerfully called me up often enough so I knew he was keeping me up to date and not too often it was annoying. Really refreshing after having had to deal with some other estate agents who were utterly useless. Charlotte was also really helpful friendly and efficient. Unquestionably the best estate agent in the area. We had 5 valuations booked in the same day to see who we liked and (most importantly) trusted the most. Not only did no one compare to Phil from Oakfield but he also said he was confident on how quickly he could sell our home....he was not wrong. I have found Oakfield to be very efficient and easy to get hold on the phone. Alex is extremely helpful and I am so pleased that my three properties have been transferred and managed by them. The statements I receive each month are clear to understand. I would certainly recommend them. Also it is nice that they are situated in Eastbourne where my properties are.
